TERMS OF SERVICE

Basics

YOU MUST PROVIDE A CLEAR, UNSHADED REFERENCE SHEET.
I refuse to take any commissions off of a paper ref sheet, shaded ref, or if the character is wearing clothing on the ref and you would like it unclothed. This is for your satisfaction on the final commission, I want the designs to be accurate and clear so the entire process is easier for you!If you have a specific idea in mind for what you want, find reference photos from Pinterest, Google, etc, or create a thumbnail sketch (doesn't have to be good) to get your ideas across. I will work as hard as I can to produce your exact vision.

TIME FRAME

Commission turnaround can be anywhere between same day to 2 weeks, depending on the size of the piece. In any circumstance where something comes up and I will need to extend the time period, I will contact you and we can discuss what we would like to do moving forwards.I encourage my commissioners to message me asking for updates but please don't bombard me with messages every single day or send unnecessary texts like "hi hru". I'm very friendly and love to chat but too many messages gets a bit stressful.

return policy

Refunds will not be issued after I complete the sketch! If the sketch is still in progress and you decide you need a refund, that is completely okay! Things come up and financial situations can change.

Alterations

I will make changes to the sketch at any point if there are any things you would like to be edited, but I will not completely redraw the sketch if you have already given me the go ahead with the pose. I will send lots of WIPs so let me know about any issues! I will also make minor edits to the lines, but nothing major.
